By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your state to place an order.
By using the website, you confirm that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will use the website and products only for lawful purposes.
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders and access certain website features.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential.
Providing accurate and current information.
Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
Informing RTXMAX immediately of suspected unauthorized activity.
RTXMAX is not responsible for losses caused by a customer’s failure to protect account credentials, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, or a violation of these terms.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility details, images, prices, and availability.
However:
Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
Product packaging may be updated by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers may change specifications without prior notice.
Minor differences may exist between website images and delivered packaging.
Typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
The model number and technical specifications displayed on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.
If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer with appropriate options, which may include confirmation, correction, cancellation, or refund.
Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their computer system before purchase.
Compatibility considerations may include:
Motherboard and PCIe compatibility.
Power supply wattage.
Required power connectors.
Computer case dimensions.
Cooling and airflow.
Operating system.
Drivers and software.
Monitor ports and display requirements.
Processor and system performance.
Customers should consult the product specifications, computer manufacturer, component manufacturer, or a qualified technician when uncertain.
RTXMAX customer support may provide general product information but does not guarantee compatibility unless expressly confirmed in writing for the customer’s complete system configuration.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve the product. Inventory may change before checkout or order acceptance.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, RTXMAX may:
Contact the customer with an updated availability estimate.
Offer an appropriate alternative with the customer’s agreement.
Cancel the unavailable item or order.
Issue a refund to the original payment method.
We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s consent.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales taxes and other required charges will be calculated based on the order and delivery address and displayed during checkout when applicable.
RTXMAX may change product prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and shipped.
Pricing and Listing Errors
If a product is listed with an obviously incorrect price, specification, discount, or availability due to a technical, typographical, supplier, or system error, RTXMAX may correct the information and cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
RTXMAX will not replace an incorrectly listed product with a different product without the customer’s approval.
Orders and Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is accepted when RTXMAX:
Confirms that the product is available.
Successfully verifies payment.
Completes any required fraud or security review.
Processes the order for shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including:
Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
Invalid or incomplete shipping information.
Quantity restrictions.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Legal, regulatory, or carrier restrictions.
If an order is canceled after payment, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Verification
Because GPUs and graphics cards are high-value products, RTXMAX may verify certain orders before shipment.
Verification may include requesting confirmation of:
The customer’s name.
Billing or shipping information.
Telephone number.
Email address.
Payment authorization.
Other information reasonably necessary to prevent fraud.
Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in delayed shipment or order cancellation.
RTXMAX will not request a complete payment-card number, password, or card security code through an unsolicited email or telephone call.
Payment
Customers must provide a valid payment method accepted during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize RTXMAX and its payment providers to charge the total amount displayed during checkout.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, security procedures, and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
A payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. If an order is declined or canceled, a temporary authorization hold may remain visible until released by the customer’s financial institution.
Fraud Prevention
RTXMAX may use automated and manual tools to identify suspicious transactions, protect customers, and reduce payment fraud.
We may record product serial numbers and shipment information. Orders or returns involving unauthorized payments, false identities, mismatched serial numbers, substituted products, or other suspected fraud may be canceled, rejected, or reported to the appropriate payment provider, carrier, or authorities.
Shipping and Delivery
RTXMAX provides free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States using DHL, FedEx, or another approved carrier.
The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, subject to the conditions described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays result from severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, security verification, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Additional shipping conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Signature Requirements
Some high-value orders may require an adult signature at delivery.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized adult is available to receive the package. Carrier delivery attempts, holding periods, and redelivery options are subject to the carrier’s procedures.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Products must satisfy the return conditions stated in that policy. Customers must receive return authorization before sending a product.
The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellations
Customers should contact support@rtxmax.shop immediately to request cancellation.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before shipment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
A shipped order must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may include a warranty provided by the product manufacturer.
Warranty availability, duration, registration, claim procedures, and exclusions are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product.
Unless expressly stated on the product page, RTXMAX does not extend, replace, or modify the manufacturer’s warranty.
Nothing in these terms limits a customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Installation and Product Use
Graphics cards and computer components must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Customers should use a qualified technician if they are not experienced with computer hardware installation.
RTXMAX is not responsible for damage resulting from:
Incorrect installation.
Incompatible components.
Inadequate power supply.
Improper power connections.
Insufficient cooling or airflow.
Liquid damage.
Unauthorized modification or repair.
Excessive overclocking.
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Misuse or negligent handling.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Software and Drivers
Certain products require third-party drivers, firmware, applications, or operating-system updates.
Software is provided and controlled by the relevant manufacturer or developer and may be subject to separate license terms.
RTXMAX does not control future software updates, manufacturer support decisions, driver compatibility, or third-party software availability.
Resale and Commercial Purchases
RTXMAX may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale, export, fraudulent activity, or circumvention of purchase restrictions.
Customers purchasing for business or resale purposes are responsible for all applicable licensing, tax, resale-certificate, export, and regulatory requirements.
United States Sales
RTXMAX currently sells and ships products to eligible addresses within the United States.
Products may be subject to United States export-control laws. Customers may not purchase, export, re-export, transfer, or use products in violation of applicable laws or sanctions.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, icons, product arrangements, and original content are owned by or licensed to RTXMAX and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected RTXMAX content without written permission.
Manufacturer Names and Trademarks
Product names, manufacturer names, model numbers, logos, and trademarks displayed on the website belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification and description.
“NVIDIA,” “GeForce,” and “RTX,” where used, are trademarks or registered trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.
Use of a manufacturer’s trademark does not by itself mean that RTXMAX is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by that manufacturer. Any authorized reseller relationship will only exist when expressly stated and verifiable.
Product Reviews and Customer Content
Customers may submit honest reviews, comments, photographs, or other content related to their genuine experience.
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content to RTXMAX, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content for operating and promoting the website, subject to applicable law.
RTXMAX will not penalize or restrict a customer for submitting an honest and lawful negative review.
We may decline or remove content that:
Contains private or confidential information.
Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or harassing.
Infringes another person’s rights.
Contains spam, malware, or unrelated advertising.
Is unrelated to our products or services.
Is clearly false, misleading, or submitted through fraudulent means.
Third-Party Links and Services
The website may include links to manufacturers, carriers, payment providers, or other third-party services.
Third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RTXMAX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
A link does not necessarily represent endorsement of the third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RTXMAX will provide products and services consistent with the descriptions and express commitments published on our website.
Except for express product warranties, applicable manufacturer warranties, and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied guarantees.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every harmful component.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTXMAX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, RTXMAX’s total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms.
This section does not require consumers to indemnify RTXMAX for RTXMAX’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of its obligations.
Events Outside Our Control
RTXMAX is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, government actions, supply interruptions, public emergencies, or failures of essential communication networks.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and fulfill any obligations required by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
RTXMAX may suspend or terminate access to the website when a user violates these terms, threatens website security, engages in fraud, or creates legal or operational risk.
Provisions that logically should continue after termination, including intellectual property, liability limitations, governing law, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protections provided by the customer’s state of residence remain applicable where they cannot legally be waived.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
Before filing a legal claim, customers are encouraged to contact support@rtxmax.shop so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or purchases from RTXMAX will be handled by the state or federal courts having appropriate jurisdiction in or serving Tom Green County, Texas.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
No Waiver
Failure by RTXMAX to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the policies referenced within them and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase, form the agreement between RTXMAX and the customer regarding use of the website and purchases.
Changes to These Terms
RTXMAX may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
